5in5 is a company that believes in small.

Not all entrepreneurs are large in scale, but they have big hearts and are true go-getters who help form the foundation of the Netherlands. Unfortunately, these hard-working “small but mighty” entrepreneurs who need small bridging credit are not served by banks.

Our solution

The www.5in5.nl platform enables entrepreneurs to apply for small business credit of up to 5,000 euros. We help entrepreneurs with a loan without the involvement of a bank. We do this through our online platform, with a very user-friendly and simple application process and smart data analysis.

This makes us cost-effective and non-bureaucratic and enables us to give more small entrepreneurs an opportunity when they cannot obtain finance elsewhere. Our technology can provide the customer with an alternative offer in real time and grant and pay out a loan.

Investment and repayment

SMEs are the driving force behind the Dutch economy; if you invest in 5in5.nl, you are the starter motor.

The minimum investment is 100,000 euros, with a guaranteed return of 5% and a variable return of 5%.

You decide how long you wish to invest. There is no minimum term, but we apply a notice period of 6 months so we can take this into account in our business operations.

Security

Your investment is spread across all outstanding loans. You invest in a separate investment B.V. that becomes the owner of the loans. The underlying value of the entire portfolio will serve as collateral for your investment.

At present, the current coverage value of the investments made is more than 112%.

The coverage value means that for every euro invested by an investor, there is coverage of at least 1.12 euros in outstanding loans to be collected.

Return

Guaranteed return:

• You receive a guaranteed return on your investment of 5% per year.
• This interest is paid quarterly.
• You may also reinvest this interest each quarter, giving you a guaranteed return of 5.1%.
• Variable return:
• The variable return is calculated 12 months after your investment and, depending on the result, a bonus return of 5% may be paid.
• The current forecast indicates that this 5% bonus return will be achieved.
• You receive a variable return only if you invest with us for at least 1 year.

Platform

We have built an online platform for investors. You receive access to a personal page.

Through your personal page, you can view:

• The return on your investment
• The total outstanding loans and total loan amount
• The expected repayment percentage
• The current coverage ratio of your investment
• You decide whether to reinvest your realised return each quarter or have it paid out.
• You also have access to various other statistics about the company’s progress
• 5in5 provides complete transparency regarding your investment
